UniHelpers service

Based on more than 5 years of experience, and with impressions from +100 different study starts, we have developed a service that both the education and the students benefit from:  before, during and after the start of studies

1. Before starting the study

Initially, we have a meeting with relevant stakeholders, where we jointly plan the upcoming group formation process.

Access to material

We have collected all relevant material that the education can use to advantage in connection with. the group formation process.

2. During study start

Algorithm for group formation

Once we have received the students' answers, they are analyzed using an algorithm. This means that the groups can be ready in a short time.

UniHelper Portal

When the groups are ready, relevant people from the education will have access to the UniHelper Portal. Here you can view, download and edit the groups and communicate the groups to the students via e-mail.

3. After the start of studies

Ongoing help for students

Once the students have received the email with information about their new study group, the group work needs to begin. To ensure that the students get the most out of their group, we have collected relevant material, which we continuously communicate to the students.

Parameters for the group formation

Spørgeskemaet indeholder 28 spørgsmål og den gennemsnitlig svartid er på 6 minutter Der tages naturligvis også højde for holdinddelinger.
Tailor-made questions

(1-2 questions)
All educations are different and have different needs when it comes to group formation. Therefore, we have made it possible for the training itself to add questions to the algorithm.
This could e.g. gender, geographical conditions, age, nationality.

Equal Expectation

(2 questions)
Equal expectation is key to avoiding conflicts and for the group to function. Therefore, we also make sure that the students have the same expectations for the group work within each group

Various Competences

(24 questions)
We make sure that the students have such different competencies within each group, with the aim that they can complement each other and learn from each other strengths and weaknesses.
